Free printable meal planner set
Meal planners are great, especially for busy moms. Some days, there’s so much going on that having to think of what to eat tonight is really too much. Having a meal planned ahead can make the difference between eating something unhealthy or costly, and knowing what you’re doing. In my view, meal planning is one of the helpful habits to be a chill and fun parent.
I think everyone can benefit from planning their meals. Therefore, I’ve created a whole set around meal planning. Especially for you and completely free. Download all your meal planning needs within one beautiful set of A4 cards.
Monthly Meal Planner
First up, the monthly printable meal planner. This is material for the true die-hard planners. Or for those who know it’s going to be a very busy month. Plan meals for the entire month ahead, so at least you know what the kids will be eating.
Weekly Meal Planner
Second, I’ve created the standard weekly meal planner. Write down what you and your loved ones are going to eat every day and then stick it to the fridge (or command center, if you have one). It has some space for a grocery shopping list as well. I’ve also made some space to write down the necessary notes, for instance when your having guests.
Next up, I’ve created a recipe index for all your favorite recipes. You can define the type of recipes (e.g. desserts, or vegetarian dishes) if you want to. Write down the ones you like and include where to find them. This way, once it’s time to start cooking, you won’t have to waste time finding your recipe back first!
Bonus: Recipe Card and Bookmarks
As a bonus, and because I felt it made the thing complete, I’ve also included a recipe card where you can jot down your own recipes, or where you can write down your notes on certain dishes you’ve changed.
I’ve also created a sheet of bookmarks. I recommend printing these on somewhat heavier paper.
At the top of each bookmark is a day of the week. Once you’ve decided on what to eat, make it easy on yourself and stick a bookmark in your recipe book. This way, locating a specific recipe later on in the week is going to be that much easier!
I hope these are going to make your life easier, as well as prettier! Let me know if you like them 🙂
